Return & Exchange Policy

14-day returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided they are unused, unaltered and returned with original box, invoice, certificate and warranty card and with security seals intact.

How it works

1. Create a return request under My Account > Orders or e-mail info@yusradiamond.com with your order number.
2. Ship the item insured with declared value using the code we send you.
3. After inspection, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Not returnable

• Items made to your size, karat or stone choice;
• Engraved or personalised items and bespoke designs;
• Investment gold priced by market fluctuations;
• Earrings whose hygiene seal has been opened.

Exchanges and resizing

Non-personalised items can be exchanged within 14 days. One ring resize within 30 days of delivery is free (not always possible for full-eternity designs).

Damaged or defective items

If the parcel arrives damaged, ask the courier for a report and contact us within 48 hours. Your statutory warranty rights for manufacturing defects are reserved.
