1. Information we collect

Account and order data: name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, national ID number where required for invoicing, company and tax details for dealer applications.
Transaction data: order contents, payment method, order and return history. Card details are never stored on our site.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, cookies and security logs.
Communications: messages sent through contact, custom design, product question and review forms.

2. How we use it

To process, produce, deliver and invoice orders and collect payment;
To handle returns, exchanges, warranty and customer service;
To manage accounts and evaluate dealer applications;
To send newsletters and offers where you have given consent;
To secure the site, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations;
To measure and improve our service.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only as necessary with shipping companies, payment institutions and banks, e-invoice providers, hosting and e-mail providers and authorised public authorities. We never sell or rent your data.

4. Security

We use TLS encryption, a web application firewall, intrusion detection, one-way password hashing and two-factor authentication for administrators. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
