Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Yusra Diamond as data controller as described below.

2. Data categories

Identity (name, national ID where required for invoicing), contact (e-mail, phone, addresses), customer transactions (orders, returns, requests, reviews), finance (payment method, invoice and transfer details — card data is not stored), professional data for dealers (company, tax details, documents), transaction security (IP, login and security logs) and marketing data (cookies, newsletter preferences, subject to consent).

3. Purposes

Concluding and performing distance sales contracts; production, delivery and invoicing; payments, returns and warranty; membership and dealer management; customer relations and custom design quotes; information security and fraud prevention; compliance with tax, commercial and consumer law; and, with your explicit consent, marketing communications.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected via our website, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and our store, and processed on the grounds of Article 5/2 (c), (ç), (e) and (f) KVKK, and on explicit consent (Article 5/1) for marketing.

5. Transfers

Data may be transferred, limited to these purposes, to shipping companies, payment providers and banks, e-invoice integrators, IT, hosting and e-mail providers, legal and financial advisers and authorised public bodies, in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purposes and statutory retention periods require (e.g. 10 years under tax and commercial law) and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to adverse automated results and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
