Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person whose name, address and contact details are entered during checkout and shown in the order summary.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered online, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, payment and delivery

The product details, price including taxes, payment method, shipping cost and addresses are as stated in the order summary and confirmation e-mail, which form part of this agreement. Gold-priced items are charged at the gram price at the time of order. Products are delivered within the period shown on the product page and in any case within 30 days, fully insured.

4. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons by notifying the seller and returning the unused product with original packaging, invoice and certificate. Refunds are made within 14 days of the notice.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations (e.g. investment gold), goods made to the buyer’s specifications or personalised (custom sizes, engraving, chosen stones, bespoke designs) and hygiene-sensitive goods such as earrings once unsealed.

6. Warranty and disputes

Products carry the statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. Disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees within the annual monetary limits, and Consumer Courts above them.
