1. Accounts

You confirm that your information is accurate, that you are over 18 and that you keep your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

2. Prices and products

Prices are shown after login, in Turkish lira including VAT; other currencies are indicative. Gold-priced items may change during the day and are charged at the price at the time of order. Images are representative; exact stone values appear on the certificate and warranty card. We may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or system errors and refund in full.

3. Intellectual property

All designs, product models, photos, videos, logos, texts and software belong to Yusra Diamond or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, deploy harmful software or scrapers, try to bypass security, or post content infringing third-party rights.

5. Liability and law

We are not liable for indirect damages caused by outages or third-party services. These terms are governed by Turkish law; consumer rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
