Go to My Account > Orders, or enter your order number and e-mail on the Order Tracking page. When the parcel ships, the tracking number is also e-mailed to you.

Shipping is free on orders over ₺5,000. Every parcel travels in tamper-evident packaging with declared value and full insurance. If the package looks damaged or opened, ask the courier to record a report.

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused and with original packaging, invoice and certificate if any. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Yes. One resize within 30 days of delivery is free (full-eternity and some special designs may be excluded). Later resizing is quoted by our workshop.

Card details are never stored on our site; payment is processed on the licensed payment provider’s 3D Secure infrastructure, and our site is SSL-encrypted.

Transfers are usually checked within 1–2 hours during business hours. Use the “Bank Transfer Notice” form to speed it up. Orders are cancelled automatically if payment does not arrive within 72 hours.

Dealers are grouped as Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives a percentage discount, labour discounts on gold items and, for some tiers, payment terms on account.

Keep each piece in its own box or pouch — diamonds can scratch other stones and gold. Remove rings for sport, swimming and cleaning, and visit us once a year for a free setting check.

Borrow a ring your partner wears and measure its inner diameter, or send us a photo. If unsure, choose an average size (usually TR 12–14 for women) and use the free resize after delivery.

For solitaires above a certain carat we offer GIA, IGI or HRD certified diamond options. Every piece comes with a Yusra Diamond warranty card listing stone and metal details. Certificate information is shown on the product page.

The 4Cs are the criteria that determine a diamond’s value: Carat (weight), Colour (D–Z), Clarity (IF–I3) and Cut. We help you balance them for the best look within your budget.

Yes. Send a photo or sketch via the Custom Design page to request a quote. Once you approve the design, we craft it in our workshop.

Gold and diamond prices can change during the day, so we show live and personalised (dealer, campaign) prices to signed-in users only. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Pieces made to your size, karat or stone choice usually take 7–15 business days. The estimate is shown on each product page.

We ship insured to all 81 provinces of Turkey. In Istanbul we also offer scheduled private-courier delivery and pickup from our workshop in Fatih. Please contact us for international shipping.

Under Turkish distance-sales regulations, pieces engraved or made to your size or stone choice are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Your statutory warranty rights for manufacturing defects remain.

Credit and debit cards (3D Secure, with instalments), bank transfer, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Bank transfers get an extra discount.

Price = weight in grams × current gold gram selling price + labour + stone value (if any). The price is locked at the gram price when you place the order.

Fill in the Dealer Application form with your company and tax details. Once approved, trade prices, the price list and quick-order screens are enabled in your account.

Gently brush with lukewarm water, a few drops of mild soap and a soft toothbrush, rinse well and dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid bleach, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well: 16.5 mm ≈ TR 12, 17.2 mm ≈ TR 14, 17.8 mm ≈ TR 16. Or wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, measure the circumference and check our size guide. Measuring in the evening gives the most accurate result.

40–42 cm sits at the base of the neck, 45 cm on the collarbone and 50 cm slightly lower. 42–45 cm is the most popular for solitaire and heart pendants.

In Turkish, “elmas” means diamond as a mineral, while “pırlanta” refers to a diamond cut in the 57–58-facet round brilliant style. Every pırlanta is a diamond, but baguette or princess cuts are not called pırlanta.

Of course. Our workshop and showroom at Vezirhanı Street No:42 Flat 35, Fatih is open Monday–Saturday 09:30–19:00. We recommend booking an appointment for personal attention.

At our workshop we can value your old gold at the current fine-gold price and credit it towards a new piece. This is done in person; please book in advance.
